A new beachfront development featuring modern apartments with a mix of studios, and one-, and two-bedroom apartments has been launched by RAK Properties, a renowned UAE real estate developer, on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah.
The developer claimed that the uniquely built apartments at Bayviews offer inhabitants an opulent living environment while enhancing the natural beauty of the surrounding terrain.
The facilities include an indoor gym, an outdoor sports area with a yoga breakout area, a landscape leisure deck, a children’s play area, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool, all of which have direct access to the beach on Hayat Island.

According to the announcement, an exclusive event will be placed tomorrow (May 26) at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, where a variety of residences will be offered for purchase for all nationalities.
