At Palm Jebel Ali, Nakheel, a division of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled a brand-new line of exclusive waterfront homes.
Construction is moving quickly, and the most recent release offers 11 architecturally unique house models under the Beach and Coral collections, each of which offers a unique take on modern coastal living. Each villa model, created in collaboration with internationally recognized architecture companies, provides residents with direct beachfront access and expansive views of the Arabian Gulf.
Villas in the Beach Collection range in size from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet and have five or six bedrooms. With their clean lines and broad glass facades framing the horizon, designs like Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper, and Bluejay by SAOTA, Cobalt Beach by LOCI, Baia Luna by WATG, and Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects all exhibit stunning simplicity.
The 11,500–12,500 square foot, six- and seven-bedroom homes in the Coral Collection come in designs including Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage. created by NAGA Architects, LOCI, SAOTA, and LW Design Group.
Palm Jebel Ali will have a Friday Mosque and a 9,000 square meter shopping center designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) to go along with the residential offerings. The mosque can hold as many as 1,000 worshipers.
With 16 fronds and over 90 kilometers of shoreline, Palm Jebel Ali is a new expansion corridor in the Jebel Ali area, spanning seven islands over 13.4 kilometers. The project redefines the future of waterfront living in the emirate by combining smart city technology, sustainable design principles, and lively public spaces. It is in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
