According to data supplied by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 842 sales transactions for AED1.96 billion on Thursday, along with 112 mortgage deals worth AED487.55 million and 17 gift deals totaling AED30.97 billion.
The overall value of today’s real estate transactions exceeded AED2.4 billion with the sales of 769 villas and apartments worth AED1.76 billion, 73 land plots worth AED195.5 million, and 81 villas and apartments worth AED429.3 million and 31 land plots worth AED58.25 million.
