According to Al Deem, men made up 68% of all purchases, with women making up the remaining 32%. Eighty-four percent of purchasers live in Abu Dhabi, while the remaining sixteen percent live in other United Arab Emirates.
The residential units in the Al Deem townhomes come in a range of sizes and were thoughtfully built to blend contemporary living ideas with traditional Emirati traditions.
