According to data supplied by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 553 sales transactions worth AED1.43 billion on Tuesday, along with 107 mortgage deals totaling AED387.11 million and 12 gift deals totaling AED43.73 million.
More than AED 1.8 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 508 villas and apartments for AED1.09 billion, mortgages of 81 villas and flats worth AED331.43 million, and purchases of 26 land plots worth AED55.68 million.
