According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai reported 401 sales transactions worth AED1.69 billion on Thursday, along with 77 mortgage deals totaling AED324.64 million and 13 gift deals totaling AED132.47 million.
The sales included 373 villas and apartments worth AED687.26 million, 28 land plots worth AED1 billion, and 51 villas and apartments worth AED81.37 million. The mortgages included 26 land plots worth AED243.28 million and 51 villas and apartments worth AED81.37 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED2.1 billion.
