According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 414 sales transactions worth AED1.19 billion on Thursday, along with 101 mortgage deals for AED216.02 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED477.33 million.
More than AED 1.8 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 368 villas and apartments worth AED 736.06 million, 46 land plots for AED 453.75 million, and mortgages on 85 villas and apartments worth AED 185.55 million and 16 land plots worth AED 30.47 million.
