According to data supplied by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 468 sales transactions worth AED1.39 billion on Thursday, along with 84 mortgage deals for AED259.89 million and 65 gift deals totaling AED109.6 million.
The total value of the real estate transactions to date has exceeded AED 1.7 billion. The sales included 401 villas and apartments worth AED1.03 billion and 67 land plots worth AED363.83 million. The mortgages included 70 villas and apartments worth AED196.01 million and 14 land plots worth AED63.88 million.
