According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 372 sales transactions worth AED1.04 billion on Thursday, along with 76 mortgage deals totaling AED148.6 million and 28 gift deals totaling AED169.89 million.
The total value of the real estate transactions to date has surpassed AED1.3 billion. The sales included 341 villas and apartments worth AED883.13 million, 31 land plots worth AED161.82 million, and 64 villas and apartments worth AED127.03 million.
