On Saadiyat Island, Aldar launches a mixed-use project with 493 units

Leading Abu Dhabi developer Aldar has announced the opening of Mamsha Gardens, a mixed-use project that will be located next to Saadiyat Cultural District and Mamsha Al Saadiyat.

This important free-hold development has seven residential buildings with 493 dwellings and a variety of facilities, such as shops and restaurants with terraces outside, a community theater, and separate underground parking for retail establishments.

Unit sales for all nationalities will begin on November 9.

This almost immediately follows Aldar’s July opening of The Arthouse, a free-hold residential development in the Al Saadiyat Cultural District.

Three buildings, including two sky villas and roomy one-, two-, two-plus, and three-bedroom apartments, make up Aldar’s first residential development in the Saadiyat Cultural District.

In Q1 of next year, construction on The Arthouse is scheduled to start.
