On Monday, the Dubai real estate market saw 425 sales transactions totaling AED1.23 billion, along with 114 mortgage transactions totaling AED965.96 million and 17 gift transactions totaling AED72.5 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 27 land plots at AED187.77 million and 398 homes and apartments worth AED1.04 billion. The mortgages included 30 land plots valued at AED717.96 million and 84 villas and flats worth AED248 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.2 billion.
