Nouran Living, the newest residential and recreational destination to be activated under the island’s master plan, is a boutique mid-rise residential address located in Saadiyat Island’s Marina District. Aldar Properties announced its launch on Wednesday.
Nouran Living’s construction is expected to start in Q4 2024 and be completed by Q4 2027.
Another thing that sets Nouran Living apart is its proximity to well-known educational and entertainment hubs like Berkeley Abu Dhabi, the American Community School in Abu Dhabi, Cranleigh School Abu Dhabi, and New York University Abu Dhabi.
Manarat Living, Reeman Living, and Nouran Living are the newest additions to Aldar’s design-led urban collection. It has the same features and design tenets.
Nouran Living has an electric vehicle parking facility and an e-scooter store as part of its sustainable transportation design. The community is aiming for Fitwel 3-star and the esteemed Estidama Pearl 3-star certifications in an effort to guarantee a sustainable living space.
