NH Hotels are stepping into the Mideast market with Dubai property

NH hotels, is planning to step into the Middle East region with the launch of NH Dubai The Palm, later this year. And currently, within the final phase of construction and development, the new 533-key property will be available in December.

This is situated on the Palm Jumeirah, which is a global landmark, the hotel will be part of Seven Hotel and Apartments, a mixed-use development comprising a hospitality tower and also a residential tower. One can reach the hotel easily by The Palm’s main trunk, which is adjacent to the largest mall in The Palm and also is close to the Palm Fountain at The Pointe which is the world’s largest fountain, and was recently launched.

Other tourist attractions in Dubai are Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Marina and all these are easily reachable.

This new 14-storey property will provide about 277 hotel guest rooms and suites, adding on they have 306 service apartments as well. The amenities will have multiple restaurants and bars, three spa treatment rooms, a kid’s club, and also 4 meeting rooms. For fitness-related people, there will be a gym which will be fully equipped with the latest equipment. Adding on, the hotel will also accommodate a rooftop infinity pool, which will be the perfect “Insta” spot.

The hotel will be designed with bold, original and energetic, bringing a burst of color and an abundance of local character.

NH Dubai The Palm is owned by luxury real estate and hospitality developer Seven Tides, with a portfolio including Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate.

NH Dubai The Palm is going to be the first of the brand to launch in the Middle East and will help an existing portfolio of more than 240 NH Hotels properties all over the globe.
