New tower in Dubai offers private lifts for each apartment, holiday living experience

The largest private developer in Dubai, Damac Properties, has started a new project in the Al Sufouh area that is modeled after a vacation home and draws design cues from the lotus flower.

The “Flying Island,” a watery sanctuary at the center of Damac Casas, has circular outdoor rooftops with 270-degree views of the water.

The tower will have retreats with an oasis theme, and the pools will change into an island oasis surrounded by vegetation.

One of Dubai’s first scuba simulators, from Damac, will provide a variety of virtual reality experiences, including trips to the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, and even the wonders of space. Palm gardens will be everywhere around the pools.

The tower and kids’ play area will be furnished with aqua art. Children can use designated areas to exhibit their aquatic creativity, and digital screens in the foyer will display their aqua doodles.

The tower’s common areas will immerse its occupants in an underwater realm to provide breathtaking aquatic effects. Effects of a beach indoors adorn the walkways.

The tower will have apartments with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms, each with a private lift. Every ultra-luxury apartment has its own oasis-style pool.

“With every detail thoughtfully crafted, the tower reflects our vision of providing unparalleled experiences to our discerning clientele. Drawing from our years of experience and feedback from our community, this addition exemplifies the essence of what we stand for as a company,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac.
