According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 479 sales transactions worth AED1.65 billion on Wednesday, along with 82 mortgage deals totaling AED406.61 million and 37 gift deals totaling AED137.63 million.
The sales included 437 villas and apartments worth AED1.44 billion, 42 land plots worth AED210.44 million, and 54 villas and apartments worth AED239.39 million. The mortgages included 28 land plots worth AED167.23 million and 54 villas and apartments worth AED239.39 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED2.2 billion.
