More than 5,000 houses will be built in 18 new projects in Abu Dhabi

The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) in Abu Dhabi’s online real estate services platform, “DARI,” has received 18 new project registrations.

5 037 additional housing units will be made available as a result of these developments at various locations throughout the Abu Dhabi emirate, including Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Madinat Zayed, and other places.

Ten projects for the construction of villas, five projects for the construction of residential and commercial blocks, as well as three mixed-use projects, were registered, according to the “DARI” platform, which was introduced by the DMT at the beginning of 2022 to combat real estate scams and fake agents.

Since the platform’s introduction in February of this year, 178 projects have been launched, comprising 74 residential structures, 43 plots, 49 villas, and 12 mixed-use projects, with variable completion rates of up to 99%.

To ensure transparency in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, the DMT and the Advanced Real Estate Services Company (ADRES) together established the DARI platform, the first of its type in the emirate.

The website gives customers a unified interface via which they can access a number of services and allows local and foreign investors to research potential future prospects in the emirate’s real estate sector.

The DARI platform currently allows clients, organizations, and real estate professionals to access all available services, including real estate purchase, sell, and lease transactions, “Tawtheeq” documentation, and access to pertinent real estate certificates. Along with many other features that the platform gives to clients, it also includes a database of registered real estate projects, a guide for Abu Dhabi’s real estate authorized brokers, and many more functions.
