Emirates Post and Majid Al Futtaim Group have signed an agreement that will enable customers to easily sign off-plan sales and purchase agreements (SPAs) on their smartphones.
UAE Pass will enable Majid Al Futtaim Communities to digitally sign documents and transactions with ID verification using a digital signature.
After signing the property sale agreement, buyers will receive an email and SMS with a link to their SPA, prompting them to confirm their credentials on the UAE Pass app to sign the document in its digital form – quickly, simply, and securely.
As a result of the integration of UAE Pass, the process of purchasing a new home is streamlined and accelerated. This enables buyers to finish their purchase anywhere in the world. Using blockchain technology, it is possible to verify and authenticate digital signatures backed by completely traceable credentials.
There are expected to be over 500 SPAs signed via the UAE Pass click-and-sign solution for property purchases at Tilal Al Ghaf and Al Zahia in Sharjah in the coming months.
