According to data from the Land Department, the Dubai real estate market saw transactions totaling more than AED14.3 billion ($3.9 billion) last week.
According to Land Department data, AED9.47 billion ($2.6 billion) in sales led the figures.
Between July 1 and July 5, 3,168 sales transactions were registered.
Dubai real estate this week
On the Land Department website, the following sales transactions were among the most popular ones:
- An apartment in Palm Jumeirah’s Orla Infinity by Omniyat sold for AED 77 million ($20.9 million).
- For AED75.8 million ($20.6 million), a second apartment in Palm Jumeirah’s Orla Infinity by Omniyat
- An apartment near the Burj Khalifa in Baccarat Residences sold for AED 43.5 million ($11.8 million).
- AED3.87 billion ($1.05 billion) in mortgage deals were also displayed by the Land Department last week.
The value of gift transactions during that time was AED 925 million ($252 million).
