According to data from the Dubai Land Department’s “Dubai Rest” program, a plot in the Al Yalayis 1 region was sold for Dh1.27 billion, making it one of the biggest land transactions of the year in Dubai’s real estate market.
The total land area is 4.18 million square feet. According to the most recent data, 1,332 transactions totaling Dh5.18 billion were made in Dubai. There were 1,179 dwelling units, 56 buildings, and 97 land parcels among them.
A total of 242 mortgage transactions, worth Dh914.39 million, were reported; these deals included 32 buildings, 70 land parcels, and 140 residential units. Furthermore, 31 gift transactions totaling Dh125.35 million were recorded.
On Monday alone, there were 1,605 real estate transactions totaling almost Dh6.21 billion. With today’s activities, Dubai’s year-to-date real estate sales have reached Dh603.48 billion, surpassing the Dh600 billion milestone.
So far this year, the total amount of all real estate transactions—including sales, mortgages, and gifts—has increased to Dh812.89 billion.
