In Q1 2023, MAG achieved sales of Dh3 billion

One of the top real estate developers in the UAE, MAG, has reported that sales for its various projects in the first quarter of 2023 totaled Dh3 billion.

MAG’s luxurious residential development, Keturah Reserve, in Mohammed Bin Rashid City’s District 7 in Meydan, which offers transformational living through the design of space, reported the sale of all 93 townhouses that were still available, with 70% of the project’s units already sold.

The penthouses with 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline, the two-bedroom Sky apartments, and two of the twelve available mansions at “The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside,” a component of the Keturah Resort situated on Dubai Creek and bordering Ras Al Khor, Dubai’s nature sanctuary, were all sold. The business also disclosed that a brand-new, cutting-edge sales facility would soon begin operations on-site.

Within 75 days after its debut, MBL Royal Residences, a mixed-use premium skyscraper in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, sold out entirely. 60 percent of the units in MAG 22—a residential development comprising two and three-bedroom townhouses at MBR City—which was introduced earlier in February by MAG have already been sold.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, senior executive vice-chairman of MAG, said: “We are pleased with the heightened interest from investors for our different projects, especially Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort, which are set to redefine the real estate sector due to their unique luxury and well-being aspects. The high demand for our developments underscores the vitality of the real estate sector and the effectiveness of our carefully strategised approach in launching projects into the market. At MAG, our mission is to elevate and enrich the lives of every generation of our residents. We are confident that each of our developments will fulfil their expectations.”

Based on investor interest and demand, MAG will soon announce the launch of additional units for sale across all of its Keturah properties.
