Within a few days of its launch, AHS Properties, a luxury real estate developer based in Dubai, successfully sold 80% of the Dh3.1 billion Casa Canal Interiors by Fendi Casa.

The tower, which ranges in size from 4,500 to 30,000 square feet, contains a variety of opulent residences, such as sky villas with four to six bedrooms, penthouses, and sky palaces, as well as upscale boutique houses.

In addition, it will have a screening room, private pools, fine dining establishments, a cutting-edge spa, wellness, and recreational arenas (yoga and beauty rooms), a cigar lounge, and concierge and chauffeur services.

“Around 80% percent of the project now officially sold for Dh2.5 billion. Notably, the gross development value of this Iconic project stands at Dh3.1 billion, further solidifying its significance in the realm of luxury real estate in Dubai,” said Abbas Sajwani, the founder and CEO of AHS Properties.

The project was designed by renowned architect Shaun Killa, who is also the brains behind the Museum of the Future. Hirsch Bedner Associates – HBA will handle the interior designs for the project.

“Our commitment is to build structures and craft living experiences that leave an indelible mark. Casa Canal reflects our dedication to pushing boundaries and redefining what is possible in luxury living,” Sajwani added.
