In July 2025, real estate appraisal transactions in Ajman totaled AED1.48 billion.
According to Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, there were 220 real estate valuation transactions in July, totaling AED1.48 billion. This represents a significant 201% increase over June.
Commercial, residential, and industrial properties were all included in the valuation activities, he noted, with commercial properties accounting for the largest portion of the total valuation value at AED943 million. Residential properties came in second with a total value of AED198 million, and industrial properties came in third with AED336 million.
The Director-General explained that 195 transactions totaling more than AED1.3 billion, representing a notable 273% increase, were included in the July report. These transactions included personal valuation transactions, court and institutional valuations, and valuations pertaining to long-term Golden Residency permits for investors.
