SOL Properties, the real estate division of the Bhatia Group, and Ellington Properties are collaborating on a project in JVC for their most recent off-plan launch. The 269-apartment “Oakley Square Residences” will be built when there is significant demand for JVC-based housing and a steady rise in property values.
Ellington, which has a variety of off-plan and finished properties in Dubai, recently formalized a relationship with Sol Properties. The former has been involved in more than 250 projects over the course of more than 40 years, whereas this is Ellington’s 12th project at JVC. It has given out five so far.
The Oakley Square Residences would contain a movie room, a landscaped courtyard, two lobbies with “hotel-style sitting areas,” and a pool deck with a leisure and lap pool.
More handovers and a steady rise in demand, from both new owners and tenants, have been observed recently at JVC.
