In Dubai Maritime City, the city’s newest rising waterfront hotspot, Select Group, one of the region’s top real estate developers, has unveiled Nautica, the group’s most recent residential project.
Nautica consists of two identical towers, Nautica One and Nautica Two, with completion anticipated for Q4 2026.
Dubai Maritime City is positioned to become the city’s next residential hotspot, according to the developer, with its fast-expanding infrastructure and good roadways allowing smooth access to important expressways.
Apartments in Nautica Towers have one or two bedrooms and are decorated in warm timber, cool grey, and slate tones. Accents in sapphire and blue, which are inspired by the sea and a maritime theme, go well with these colors.
The 328 apartments in each Nautica tower range in size from 615 square feet to 1,032 square feet. These contemporary homes provide a cozy and distinctive atmosphere because of their custom design and floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light exposure.
Each tower’s residents will have exclusive access to recreational and leisure facilities that are thoughtfully placed on the sixth floor. These facilities consist of a 260 square meter infinity pool with sun loungers, a Padel court, an outdoor gym, a 3-on-3 basketball court, a yoga deck, and two fully equipped gyms (one for cardio and one for strength training).
