In Dubai, Leos unveils a 15,000-square-foot show apartment

Leading international developer Leos Developments has showcased its opulent 15,000-square-foot show apartment that is located in Dubai’s Business Bay.

According to a statement from the firm, the Experience Centre includes a much-anticipated Dubai show apartment that, through excellent design and workmanship, captures the essence of the Leos brand.

A state-of-the-art 3D model gallery and a large amphitheatre for holding events are two of the new Experience Centre’s standout features. These features give guests an immersive experience.

According to the statement, Leos promotes five basic pillars that are intimately woven into their projects: quality, craftsmanship, materiality, community, and detail. These pillars raise the bar for contemporary living and promote trust among their broad clientele.

Leos has methodically designed the interiors, resulting in a distinctive and welcoming ambience. He drew influence from the communal places in the UK and the attraction of Dubai.

The Experience Centre provides helpful details on Leos’ recent and forthcoming advancements and acts as a community centre for social and educational activities.

Senior Leos and Dubai Land Department executives attended the launch, demonstrating the two organizations’ close cooperation and strategic alliance.

Leos Founding Director Rui Liu said: “We are delighted with the support we have received from DLD since launching our first development in Dubai. Our goal is to develop a strong, long-lasting strategic partnership that will lead to monumental milestones in the future.”

Highlighting the significance of the event, senior DLD official Majid Saqr Al Marri said: “We are thrilled to have been part of Leos’ experience centre inauguration. This marks the beginning of a fruitful collaboration as we work together on iconic projects that will shape the future skyline of the city.”

The relationship between Leos and DLD highlights their mutual desire to design outstanding real estate projects and contribute to urban renewal.

This strategic partnership opens the door for ongoing partnerships with the goal of producing ground-breaking initiatives that will improve Dubai’s built environment, it continued.

Mark Gaskin, Senior Business Director (Middle East & Asia), expressed his enthusiasm for the new Experience Centre and emphasized how important it is to focus on customer and community requirements.

“We aimed to create a space where clients can comfortably get to know us better, fostering a deeper connection with the community and the lovely city of Dubai. Additionally, we envisioned the centre as a gathering place for both clients and the community, contributing to the vibrant fabric of the community and creating lasting memories,” he added.
