Danube Properties launched Viewz, a pair of twin high-rise towers with a construction value of over Dh1.4 billion, on Friday. Viewz is the company’s greatest real estate project to date.
The project was started in partnership with DMCC, the master developer of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), and will include interior common areas and amenities provided by Aston Martin. Customers will also have the option of furnishing their interiors with Aston Martin furniture. Danube Properties’ entry into the high-end real estate development industry is marked by this first luxury residential property.
Near Sheikh Zayed Road and the DMCC Metro station, in Cluster K of the JLT neighbourhood, will be built the Viewz development. The project at JLT is the first one for Danube Properties.

With Viewz, Danube Properties now has 21 projects and 10,021 units in its development portfolio, with a total sales value of more than Dh8.15 billion. It has delivered 11 of the 21 projects it has launched so far, and it will deliver 3 more in the first half of the year, making it one of the most productive developers in terms of delivery.
Once finished, Viewz will provide duplex houses with views of Dubai’s skyline, studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and Sky Villas. All Sky Villas and apartments with two or three bedrooms have private pools that are integrated right into the structure. A studio apartment may be purchased for as little as Dh950,000 and can be upgraded to include Aston Martin-furnished interiors.
A well-equipped health club and gymnasium, swimming pool, kids pool, outdoor barbecue area, jogging track, tennis court, party hall, kids’ area, kids’ daycare/nanny on board, electric car charging point, shallow pool, kids pool, toddlers splash pad, jacuzzi, and water lounge are just a few of the more than 40 facilities and amenities that come with Viewz homes. A library, cigar room, Japanese garden, business centre with conference space, doctor on call, and rain showers are just a few of the unique amenities. The two million square metre JLT district’s array of retail, hotel, recreational, and food and beverage options will also be available to residents. The two recognisable towers will be linked by two sky bridges.

Savills World Research estimates that during the previous ten years, the number of branded home plans has surged by 230% internationally. Branded homes can command a 29% premium over equivalent non-branded products on an unweighted basis. The average brand premium in emerging economies is 44% above non-branded stock, and in emerging markets with few branded properties, prices can reach twice those of non-branded stores.

Every residence at Viewz will be built as a smart home with eco-friendly features. The project features an environmentally friendly and futuristic design with an LED lighting façade and automatic lights that use less energy and water.
