Binghatti Developers, the largest and fastest-growing real estate developer in Dubai, and Mercedes-Benz, the world-famous luxury car brand, have announced the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city, with a total investment value of Dh30 billion, in a historic partnership bridging global real estate and luxury automotive excellence.
This innovative project represents the second branded residential partnership between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz, building on the global success of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai. Additionally, it marks a significant turning point for Binghatti by establishing Binghatti City as the developer’s first entirely master-planned city.
Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, which is situated in Meydan and covers an area of over 10 million square feet, is expected to grow into one of Dubai’s most ambitious urban projects. The master plan, which was designed as a multi-tower branded metropolis, incorporates a unique set of residential towers bearing the Mercedes-Benz brand into a unified, future-ready urban ecology. Under a strong, community-focused vision, the development combines luxury living, innovative mobility, and Mercedes-Benz’s renowned Sensual Purity design philosophy.
The development offers a completely integrated lifestyle experience and is envisioned as a self-sufficient “city within a city.” In addition to retail boulevards, parks and green corridors, mobility hubs, wellness and sports zones, dining, entertainment, and community spaces, the master plan integrates luxury dwellings with cultural and recreational areas.
The end product is a comprehensive urban setting that upholds unwavering design excellence and sophisticated living standards while providing comfort, convenience, connectivity, and access to nature—all within walking distance.

Muhammad Binghatti and Mathias Geisen, a member of the Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Marketing & Sales board of management, held a historic signing ceremony at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, to formally begin their second partnership. The official start of the project is set for January 14, 2026.
