AED10.9 billion in weeklong real estate transactions in Dubai

During the week ending July 22, 2022, real estate and property transactions of AED10.9 billion took place. 2,509 transactions were made in total.

For AED1.46 billion, 263 plots were sold; for AED3.67 billion, 1,716 apartments and villas were sold.

According to the DLD weekly report, the top three transactions were a land sale in Burj Khalifa for AED167.09 million, a land sale in Al Barsha First for AED70.6 million, and a land sale in Burj Khalifa for AED167.09 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth had the most transactions this week with 130 purchases for AED328.15 million. Jabal Ali First came in second with 32 sales worth AED92.67 million, and Al Yufrah 2 came in third with 24 sales worth AED28 million.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Palm Jumeirah that went for AED632 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa that went for AED352 million, and an apartment in Marsa Dubai that went for AED314 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was AED5.09 billion, with land in Al Satwa receiving the highest mortgage payment of AED96 million.

AED720 million worth of 119 properties were distributed to first-degree relatives.
