According to the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation’s Real Estate Report, AED 2.28 billion worth of real estate transactions occurred in Ajman in December 2024, a record gain of 102% over the same time in 2023.
The Department’s Director-General, Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, reported that 935 property trades totaling more than AED1.86 billion were among the 1,169 real estate transactions that took place in December 2024. At AED 300 million, Al Jurf 1 had the biggest real estate sale, he pointed out.
Al Muhairi emphasized that the quality of the industry, the variety of investment options, and its attraction to investors from a range of demographics are all reflected in the record-breaking expansion of Ajman’s real estate market.
The emirate is a desirable location for business and investment due to its distinct characteristics and intense competition.
In December 2024, 148 mortgage transactions totaling more than AED252.8 million were disclosed in the report. The Al Jurf Industrial 3 area had the highest mortgage value, AED11.2 million.
