Declared for sale at Dh600 million, the largest penthouse in Dubai was revealed by Emerald Palace Group (EPG) on Wednesday.
The Raffles The Palm Dubai Residences’ top three floors as well as their rooftop make up the Super Penthouse R1, which has a total built-up area of 77,707 square feet. This creates a new record for the largest private residence in Dubai real estate history, which is a noteworthy milestone.
The Super Penthouse R1 has eight bedrooms, a grand dining room, a large sitting area with direct access to the central terrace for entertaining hundreds of guests with some of the best views, and a private elevator that opens directly to the Grand Saloon on the first floor.
A top-notch gym, spa, and wellness area with a Hay relaxation room, Cryogenic room, outdoor pool, bar, and barbecue area are among the extra features. There’s also mini golf inside a meditation garden, an indoor/outdoor movie lounge, a basketball court, ten parking lots, a cigar lounge, and a bar with 360-degree views of the skyline and Arabian Gulf.

A record Dh500 million was paid in November for the sale of a five-bedroom Como Residences penthouse on Palm Jumeirah. The property was situated over 21,949 square feet.
The Sky Mansion Penthouse at Bugatti Residences by Binghatti went up for sale in June 2023 for a record-breaking Dh750 million. The penthouse’s dimensions were not revealed.
Demand has outpaced supply in the luxury segment, which has driven the local real estate market’s growth in recent years, pushing prices to an all-time high in 2023.
