Emaar, Dubai’s prominent master developer, has committed over $1 billion towards enhancing the city’s international profile through various infrastructure and cultural projects, the company announced today.

The investment portfolio includes the design and operation of Dubai Fountain, the world’s largest choreographed fountain, as well as the production of the New Year’s Eve celebrations at the Burj Khalifa, which draw global attention each year.
