According to a news statement, Aldar Properties sold more than AED 3.50 billion at The Beach House and Fahid Beach Residences.
Several purchasers were drawn to the Fahid Island residences because of their status as the first coastal wellness destination in Abu Dhabi, the waterfront lifestyle, and their proximity to King’s College School Wimbledon, a super-premium educational institution.
67% of all sales were made by expatriate residents and foreign buyers, with the leading nationalities by sales volume being buyers from the UAE, Russia, the UK, and China.
Aldar expedited the introduction of Fahid Island’s second residential offering in response to the growing demand for Fahid Beach Residences.
