During the week ending April 15, 2022, a total of 1,968 real estate transactions totaling AED7.8 billion were completed in Dubai.
According to Dubai Land Department figures, 246 plots were sold for AED1.49 billion, with 1,312 apartments and villas selling for AED 2.96 billion.
For a total of AED1.07 billion and AED1.8 billion, 66 land plots and 264 apartments and villas were mortgaged.
Eighty properties totaling AED497.69 million were granted among first-degree relatives.
