Dubai's weeklong real estate transactions exceed AED15.6 billion

According to data issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 4,048 real estate transactions totaling over AED 15.6 billion were completed for the week ending June 23, 2023.

According to the DLD data, 278 plots were sold for AED 1.74 billion, while AED 7.34 billion was spent on 2,965 flats and villas.

The top three deals involved a land sale in Wadi Al Safa 3 for AED 89.23 million, a land sale in Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah for AED 75 million, and a land sale in Palm Jumeirah for AED 70 million.

With 82 transactions totaling AED 212.4 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had the most sales this week, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 31 deals totaling AED 41.18 million and Jabal Ali First with 27 transactions totaling AED 100 million.

The top three apartment and villa transfers comprised a 252 million AED apartment in Al Goze First, a 100 million AED apartment in Al Nahda First, and a 100 million AED unit in Palm Jumeirah.

For the week, mortgaged property values totaled AED 5.61 billion. In the meantime, 139 properties totaling AED 934 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
