The Marble Palace in Emirates Hills sold for Dh425 million, becoming the first high-priced transaction in the Dubai real estate market in 2025.
According to Property Monitor, the Versailles-inspired residence is the second-most expensive residential transaction in Dubai’s history, behind the Como Residences penthouse on Palm Jumeirah in 2023. The Marble Palace, which was first marketed for Dh750 million, is situated in one of Dubai’s most prestigious gated neighborhoods and has 60,000 square feet of interior space spread across a 70,000 square foot plot.
The property has five bedrooms, a 70,000-liter coral reef aquarium, two domes, an indoor and outdoor pool, a private power substation, and fortified emergency rooms. A garage that can hold fifteen high-end cars adds to the estate’s exclusivity.
An estimated Dh 80 million to Dh 100 million was spent on Italian stonework alone during the approximately 12-year-long building of The Marble Palace, which was completed in 2018. 70,000 gold-leaf sheets and a variety of rare objects can be found there.
