According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 494 sales transactions valued at AED2.18 billion on Wednesday. Additionally, there were 101 mortgage deals worth AED1.07 billion and 42 gift deals totaling AED787.19 million.
48 land plots valued at AED1.09 billion and 446 villas and apartments worth AED1.09 billion were sold.
The total value of today’s real estate transactions exceeded AED4.04 billion, with the mortgages covering 16 land plots valued at AED701.12 million and 85 villas and apartments valued at AED372.3 million.
