Dubai’s real estate division recorded an AED17.28 billion (US$4.7 billion) last week, according to data from the Land Department.
In sales transactions, this figure controlled AED129.1 billion (US$3.5 billion) according to national data.
A total of 3,886 sales transactions were recorded between March 17 and 21.
Dubai Real Estate: Key Highlights This Week
Some of the Most Expensive Sales Transactions Listed on the Land Department Website Include:
- The price of an apartment at Omniyat’s AVA in Palm Jumeirah was AED73.4 million ($20 million).
- The price of an apartment in Palm Jumeirah’s The Alba Residences by Omniyat was AED50.86 million ($13.8 million).
- The price of an apartment in Palm Jumeirah’s The Alba Residences by Omniyat was AED49.48 million ($13.5 million).
Last week, the country’s division also showed mortgage shops worth AED3.52 billion ($958.4 million).
Gift transactions for the same period were valued at AED 850.6m ($231.7m).
