Dubai's real estate market records over AED12.9 billion in weeklong transactions

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department, 3,474 real estate transactions of AED9.62 billion were made for the week ending November 4, 2022. (DLD).

For a combined AED2.38 billion, 348 plots were sold, and for AED7.23 billion, 3,126 homes and villas were bought.

Two lands sold for AED350 million each in World Islands and Island 2, along with another site sold for AED95 million in Al Safa 2, made up the top three transactions.

With 122 sales transactions totaling AED429 million, Jabal Ali had the most transactions this week, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 72 transactions totaling AED176 million and Al Hebiah Fourth with 24 transactions totaling AED215 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was AED1.33 billion, with land in Al Hamriya receiving the highest mortgage payment of AED150 million.

According to the DLD, 79 properties worth AED2.12 million were given to first-degree relatives.
