Al Taif Business Centre, constructed by Al Taif Investment – a joint volunteer among Dubai Investments and the Fujairah Investment Establishment (FIE) – has touched a construction milestone with 95% project completion.
Presently, the final touches on the supply have been continuously increasing on the mixed-use project. The developer focuses to finish the offices and the mall works in Q1 2021.
The project has been worked on with a total value of $128m (AED470m), situated within the town centre in the Fujairah City neighbouring to the Hamad Bin Abdulla Street and is 5 minutes away from Fujairah International Airport.
The two-tower structure has 19 floors each, spread among the mall and the office tower and the hotel and hotel apartments’ tower.
Building works on the hotel and hotel apartment tower have also been actively going and will be delivered in Q2 2021.
Al Taif Mall, a G+2 floor facility, is covered across both the towers and is supplied with the basement and a retail area containing 45c retail outlets including a supermarket in the centre and shell set-up, food outlets, restaurants with outdoor terrace facility, and an addition of 12 stores situated in the basement to be used by the retail tenants as a suitable and secured storage area.
The mall is also provided with retail parking spaces that have been designed to contain over 670 vehicles.
Whereas, the office spaces are situated from the third floor onwards till 19 and have been designed to deliver spaces in core and shell set-up. It also supplies options for tailor-made offices to suit varied requirements. The tower features a total of 19 office spaces.
