OMNIYAT, a Dubai property developer, has launched OMNIYAT Bespoke, a division that designs custom homes for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
The launch coincides with the opening of Luna Sky Palace at ORLA, Dorchester Collection in Dubai.
The Luna Sky Palace is 58,476 square feet on three levels, including a 13,500-square-foot roof garden with a 36-meter infinity pool. The residence has private lobby lounges, a personal assistant’s office, a wellness spa with fitness facilities, and 10 parking spaces.
OMNIYAT’s foray into bespoke developments began with One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, which was named Dubai’s most valuable residence in 2017.
The company later built the Sky Palace at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, which set a sales record for Palm Jumeirah properties.
Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Executive Chairman at OMNIYAT said: “OMNIYAT Bespoke is about bringing dreams to life—offering rare, one-of-one creations that embody the deepest aspirations of our clients. We aspire to inspire, empowering individuals to shape surroundings that not only reflect their vision but elevate their lifestyle to something extraordinary.
“It’s about crafting a legacy of moments, emotions, and experiences that resonate deeply and uniquely with each person—a true expression of luxury that goes beyond any single creation, becoming an enduring part of their lives.”
The launch occurs as Dubai experiences economic growth and strengthens its position as a global destination, resulting in increased demand for ultra-rare residences.
