Dubai: Wasl sells out the second phase of Gardenia townhomes ll

Gardenia Townhomes II, which had gone on the market in its second phase, has been completely sold out, according to Wasl Asset Management Group, one of the biggest real estate development and management companies in Dubai. The project, which is a portion of the Wasl Gate Master Development in Jebel Ali, is scheduled for completion in Q3 2024. Townhomes in the development start at Dh2.9 million, with an alluring payment plan requiring a 40% down payment and a 60% final payment. As part of the third and final sales phase, a certain number of additional units will soon be made available to the market for interested buyers.

Ibn Battuta Mall and Festival Plaza Mall, which have IKEA and ACE Hardware, are also nearby Gardenia Townhomes II. There are 92 townhomes on the property, ranging in size from three to four bedrooms.

A brand-new community pool, access to the current clubhouse and its fully-stocked gym, and two parking spaces designated for each townhouse are all accessible to buyers. After the entire wasl gate community is finished, a dog park and a proposed center park will also be accessible.

With the launch of Gardenia Townhomes I, The Nook 1 and 2, and the Festival Plaza Mall as part of the company’s mandate to revitalize and uplift the Jebel Ali area, and with additional phases of wasl gate still under construction, Gardenia Townhomes II is strategically located within the larger master development known as wasl gate. About 7,000 residential units, together with amenities for hospitality, community, leisure, and entertainment, will be included in the 1.13 million square meter construction once it is finished. It will also include retail establishments.

Wasl is offering purchasers with this project the same high-quality standards and finishing as they received with the first phase of Gardenia Townhomes I, where investors and buyers lined up to purchase apartments, causing the sale of all 257 units to be completed within hours of the project’s opening.
