Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast has been given a Dh400 million contract by Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, to build 38 Crown Garden Villas, an elite collection of opulent homes at Palm Crown on Palm Jumeirah.
The Crown Garden Villas, perched above Palm Jumeirah’s fronds, offer expansive views of the Dubai skyline and the island’s famous attractions. Each villa features modern design, premium materials, and roomy, well-thought-out interiors. They are offered in five- and six-bedroom configurations across three different architectural types.
With private beach access, landscaped gardens, rooftop lounges, and large terraces, the villas will offer a resort-inspired lifestyle that elevates island waterfront living.
Each villa, which ranges in size from 7,316 to 8,322 square feet, has open-concept interiors, green courtyards, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Bold vertical beams, geometric lines, and cantilevered constructions are used to maximize natural light and create a smooth indoor-outdoor flow.
Along with two beautiful parks that complement Palm Crown’s network of green spaces and support Nakheel’s goal for linked, dynamic communities throughout Dubai, residents will also have access to a community clubhouse that offers eating, social, and wellness opportunities.
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said: “The Crown Garden Villas are a defining new addition to Palm Jumeirah, a development that continues to shape Dubai’s global stature. These residences reflect our commitment to creating exceptional destinations that combine architectural excellence with an unparalleled lifestyle.”
Batchu Sagar, Chief Executive Officer, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, added: “We are proud to extend our partnership with Dubai Holding Real Estate through this landmark project. Our shared ambition is to deliver an exceptional community that captures the essence of refined waterfront living in Dubai.”
