AED8.7 billion in weeklong real estate transactions in Dubai

The overall value of the real estate and property transactions during the week ending June 10th, 2022 was AED8.7 billion. There were a total of 2,369 transactions.

262 plots were sold for AED1.26 billion, while 1,572 apartments and villas were sold for AED3.4 billion.

Land in Al Merkadh sold for AED110 million, followed by land in Wadi Al Safa 2 which sold for AED78.23 million, and land in Al Merkadh which sold for AED110 million in third place.

Al Hebiah Fifth had the highest sales transactions this week, with 159 sales for AED429.04 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 30 sales worth AED91.15 million and Al Yufrah 2 in the third position with 11 sales worth AED13 million.

An apartment sold for AED523 million in the Burj Khalifa, an apartment sold for AED328 million in Marsa Dubai, and an apartment sold for AED222 million in Um Suqaim Third rounded out the top three transfers for apartments and villas.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was 3.48 billion, with the highest value being AED2 billion for a plot in Jumeirah Second.

Seventy-four properties totaling AED585 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
