Data from Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) revealed 336 sales transactions worth AED 995.74 million and 81.04 million in mortgage deals on Tuesday. There were also eight gift transactions worth AED 46.39 million.
Over AED 1.1 billion worth of real estate transactions were completed today, including 282 villas and apartments worth AED 619.88 million and 54 land plots worth AED 375.86 million. Meanwhile, 47 villas and apartments valued at AED68.47 million and 8 land plots valued at AED12.56 million were mortgaged.
