According to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 530 sales transactions valued at AED 2.35 billion on Tuesday. Additionally, 135 mortgage deals totaling AED 564.27 million and 55 gift deals worth AED 180.68 million were completed.
The total value of today’s real estate transactions exceeded AED3 billion, with sales of 494 villas and apartments valued at AED1.15 billion and 36 land plots valued at AED1.2 billion. Mortgages covered 114 villas and apartments valued at AED284.27 million and 21 land plots valued at AED280 million.
