On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw 293 sales totaling AED 917.85 million, as well as 92 mortgage deals worth AED 294.6 million and 16 gift deals worth AED 47.86 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 410 villas and apartments for AED 816.03 million and 32 land plots worth AED 101.82 million, while mortgages included 80 villas and flats worth AED 209.65 million and 12 land plots worth AED 84.96 million, totaling over AED1.2 billion in real estate transactions today.
