On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market recorded 461 sales transactions totaling AED1.25 billion, 95 mortgage transactions totaling AED5.22 billion, and 53 gift transactions totaling AED154.86 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 77 land plots at AED332.08 million and 384 houses and apartments worth AED921.97 million. The mortgages included 15 land plots valued at AED106.71 million and 80 villas and flats worth AED5.12 billion, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED6.6 billion.
