On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw 475 sales transactions totaling AED1.38 billion, along with 101 mortgage transactions totaling AED491.51 million and 56 gift transactions totaling AED141.96 million, according to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 63 land plots at AED325.15 million and 412 homes and apartments totaling AED1.06 billion. The mortgages included 15 land plots valued at AED55.18 million and 86 villas and flats worth AED436.34 million, increasing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2 billion.
