On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market saw 577 sales transactions totaling AED 1.7 billion, along with 111 mortgage transactions totaling AED 5239.83 million and 29 gift transactions totaling AED 112.75 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 84 land plots at AED530.36 million and 493 houses and apartments totaling AED1.17 billion.
The mortgages included 98 villas and apartments worth AED209.06 million and 13 land plots valued at AED30.76 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED2 billion.
