According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 628 sales transactions worth AED1.78 billion on Thursday, along with 87 mortgage deals totaling AED157.44 million and 23 gift deals totaling AED129.07 million.
The sales included 64 land plots at AED485.74 million and 564 houses and apartments totaling AED1.29 billion. The mortgages included 10 land plots valued at AED40.66 million and 77 homes and flats worth AED116.79 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2 billion.
